Ok, i'm gonna re-summarise everything. This post was type in a rush because i'm at work & i just feel the urge of posting it on the blog! So i just anyhow jot down something. Hahaha! Now i'm back home, i have the time to talk 'bout what actually happens today. Damn, i really had a bad headache just now!! Can you imagine i tolerate the pain for like 5 to 6 hours. From my work to school and then i just pop one panadol when i'm home. Feeling much better now! Phew~ Alright now i am gunna start the story of the day.. I went to the labour court today. I was on time while that _l_was late for like more than 30mins or so. Of 'cos i started first telling the judge my side of story. And after i finish talking, then he's here. This kind of people, just don't have time conscious. Ha! Anyway, i really feel like LOL after hearing what he have said. He claimed that i was on frequent MCs & had unknownin' off days & i came late for work and i leave early. And then he bomb-ed alot of dates saying i'm not at work, which i couldn't comprehend his meaning of doing all this. You think the judge is stupid or God is blind? Or you think i'm easy to bully? Wah lao, shame on you to make such lies after making a oath to God. And this thing is even more worst, he actually show my MC to the judge saying that i may have forge the MC 'cos the date was actually darken by the pen ink, which it seems like i have done some correction to the date. Haha! But well, i have no idea why the MC look like this and i didn't even realised it till he mention today. And i couldn't understand why since he assume that i've forge my MC, then why not call the clinic up to verify with them? Silly...... And i told the judge, i am clear in my conscience, so they can by all mean call the clinic and check with the doctor. I really had a bad toothache back then and the doctor will prove it! Now, the inquiry was postpone till next monday 'cos he says that he wanna find evidence to prove that i was not in office some day of the month which may prove that i have bridge the company's contract & he can sue me for this. But then i am sooooo afriad he might not be able to do so 'cos i'm certainly sure that i was present for work on that particular day he mention. I don't know how he's going to do it but good luck to him. Hopefully he can find some don't know what witness and evidence to prove. He may do some tricks la, which may be possible to help stingy man like him to save some money on me. But still, i belief the truth will be reveal one day & i doubt he have the guts to bribe the witness. Don't understand why such person have so much of time to waste.. Not to worry for me, i have lots of time 'cos my new company is just a road across MOM lah! Hahahahah.... And if the case couldn't be resolve by next mon, we'll have to go to the sub court to settle already. I am very determine to pursue this matter. I think he didn't expected me to go till the extend of bringing the matter so big. This is to teach this kind of employer some lesson not to look down on us! Think i young easy to bully is it... Nb!
